Awesome Paintings Made With Worn Out Jeans
The first thing that comes to mind about jeans is its a cloth. It’s correct but there’s more.
Jean is not only worn but can also be transformed into a work of art.
Take a look at these amazing pictures, you’ll understand what I mean.
These paintings are not made using paint and brushes. It is only made from worn out, obsolete denim fabric.
So, who is the creator of these magnificent paintings?
Ian Berry.. Aka. Denimu…
Ian Berry begins to be interested in denim during his college years. Later, when he was an art director, he develops the idea of a making paintings from denim. Berry creates the art of painting using his own artistic direction, starting from the idea that unused, worn-out fabrics should be put to good use.
- The artist is referred to as Denimu because he only uses jeans when he performs his art.
- He cuts, sews and pastes fabrics in different shades and creates portraits of artists, spectacular paintings with city views.
Of course, it is not so easy to create these tables using only denim fabric. Berry projects these fine-grained millimetric color contrasts and shadows quite profusely on his paintings to add realism to his paintings. Otherwise it would not be possible to create these magnificent works.
That is the core reason for being so realistic even in the most subtle details in his paintings
When we paint, we can get the color we want by mixing the colors together. But in portraits made of denim cloth, we can get much better appreciation of the artwork that comes out if we think about how difficult these gradations and color transitions are. Each picture is made up of only jeans fabric. Isn’t it hard to believe?
